Hello FACTS Newspaper readers,

Being constipated is a private thing and no one wants to know anyway. But the truth is we all suffer sometimes with this annoying issue. Here are 9 suggestions to help unclog your pipes.

·       Warm up 2 cups prune juice with lemon

·       Cup of coffee

·       Relax read something and don’t strain

·       Stir grounded Flax meal in 2 cups of warm water

·       Move your upper body in circular movements on the toilet

·       Drink dark Cherry juice

·       Limit clogging foods: bread, rice, potatoes and pasta

·       Magnesium capsules or liquid

 

If nothing works try a colonic (high enema) that flushes all 5 ft. or more of your lower intestine. Read about this procedure on Google. (Ask your doctor if unsure)
