Hello FACTS Newspaper Readers,

It’s normal to forget sometimes I hope you aren’t stressing over this fact. It becomes a concern when we fail to recognize a familiar face. Even leaving the home and forgetting how to get back. This happened to my mother when she passed away in 2013.
I realized one link that contributed to her dementia was sleep apnea. It can also happen from other reasons. When the tongue slips back into the throat while sleeping it cuts off the oxygen flow to the brain in small increments. After many years it amounts to brain shrinkage and dying brain cells. If you or a loved one has trouble sleeping please request a sleep study from your doctor.

As a nutritional therapist I’m not trained to give medical advice, consultation or treatment that is for the medical professionals.
Blessings to you all,
