Hello FACTS Newspaper,

Limit yourself from being around stressful and toxic people: Refuse to listen to gossipy, judgmental people who love to highlight the misfortune and appearance of others. Give yourself permission to not answer the phone or hold on to negative thoughts. Decide to bring new value to your life. Maybe it’s a relationship turned toxic. There comes a time we need to distance ourselves from negativity whether it’s a friend, family or even a habit in ourselves that always find faults in others. The best way to change this is to look for the good in people not the bad. Pray and learn to forgive those who may have hurt you and forgive yourself of past mistakes and actions.
