There’s so much about health

and wellness

I want to share with you all. My hope is to send articles that

are helpful. I welcome your email responses and requests

to address certain health challenges you are experiencing.

I will never display names. Yesterday, I combined 6 red apples, 3 peeled cucumbers and 2 lemons in my juicer. This juice combination is good for

removing toxins, digestion and for overall inner cleansing.

Add no sugar because that defeats the health purpose. You can add a pinch of cinnamon for keeping your blood glucose levels in balance. Consider buying a juicer to make your fruit and veggie juices and freeze them for later since summer is soon leaving us.
