Black men, I love you
Know that your struggles are seen more than they are felt
May you be released from the cycles of bondage that you’ve been dealt
We understand you more than anyone to ever walk the face of this earth
For we are Black women
Surround yourself with people who value your worth
Black babies, Black boys, Black teens, Black men
I will always love you
You are my father, brothers, cousins, and friends
May you seek the one who stands closer than a brotha’
Cause Black Men, we love ya’
