Sports with D. Beaver-The Best Bird Always Gets the Worm

FIRST AND GOAL - D.BEAVER - Sports / THE SEATTLE FACTS NEWSPAPER

So we played my Home away from Home at Lumen Field was all gas and no brakes as the Seattle Seahawks showed why they own the skies. The Hawks took down the Arizona Cardinals with pure grit, sharp execution, and that signature HomeTown ,PNW , Seattle swagger.

The defense came hungry, the offense moved with purpose, and the 12th Man turned the whole stadium into a storm.

Demetrius Lawrence was a straight up problem on defense, snatching two touchdowns and setting the tone for the whole squad. He played like a man possessed, reading the field like a book and punishing every mistake Arizona made.

The Hawks defense fed off his energy, flying around, locking down routes, and crushing plays before they had a chance to develop.

On the other side, Jaxon Smith Njigba was a highlight reel in motion. Every time the ball went his way, he made it look easy, catching everything in the air like it was built for him. His chemistry with quarterback Sam “I Am” Darnold was smooth, his routes crisp, and his hands reliable when it mattered most.

And of course, the 12th Man showed up loud enough to make the ground shake.

That energy hit different, pure Seattle vibes, blue and green pride running through every chant, every roar, every wave. The Hawks made it clear again, the best bird always gets the worm.
