Scott Funeral & Cremation Services celebrated 60 years of caring, bringing family, friends and community together to honor Kitty “Ray” Scott and the Scott family.

This celebration was personal for me. I have so much love for Kitty “Ray” Scott, for her dedication and support of The Facts Newspaper, but even more for the love and support she has shown me personally. That means more than I can put into words.

For 60 years, the Scott family has been a

pillar in the Hilltop community, showing up when families needed them most. They’ve helped generations lay their loved ones to rest with dignity, compassion and the comfort of knowing somebody cares.

The anniversary program celebrated their history from 1966 to 2026, recognized their present and looked toward the future through the Scott grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Seeing those generations included made the meaning of family legacy stand out.

The program featured music, community voices and Washington State Senator Twina Nobles as the scheduled keynote speaker.

Kitty “Ray” Scott, congratulations to you and your family. It’s a blessing to see the goals you’ve worked toward take shape and your dreams for your family’s legacy continue to grow. Sixty years represents commitment, sacrifice and love poured into this community.

May God continue blessing you, your family and every generation carrying this legacy forward. We celebrate you today.
