Carl Dennis Phillips was called home on September 18, 2025. Born in Monroe, Louisiana, he made Seattle his lifelong home. A viewing for family and friends will be held, 10AM, Services will begin promptly at 11 a.m., followed by the repass. My deepest heartfelt condolences to the family. I have known Carl for a long time. I painted 2 of his vehicles for him. His Blue 77 Cutlass and his black 5.0 Mustang GT convertible. Carl was a long time friend of mine. R.I.P. My brother. You will be missed.
