Breezy Shelon Williams, affectionately known as “Bree”, was born on April 25, 1976 to Phaye G. Williams and Phillip Earl Williams at Group Health Hospital in Seattle, Washington.

Anyone who knew Bree knew that she was strength in motion. A bright light in every room with a radiant smile. Always beautifully poised, compassionate, strong, and graceful. Bree had an old soul whose wisdom and inner beauty spoke to her loved ones through her heartfelt advice and long conversations.

From her love and loyalty to her friends and family, her authenticity was a trademark, and her devotion was top-tier. There was nobody like Breezy. There was nobody who loved as she did, no body that embraced you as she did, and nobody who took care of you as she did. Bree built a life centered around family, love, and service to others. You didn’t just know Bree, you experienced her, and she made sure of that.
