In Loving Memory of Broderick Russell

Broderick Keith Russell was born on September 29, 1956, in Seattle, Washing-ton. He passed away on December 25, 2023 after a sudden decline in health. He was 67 years old. Keith was the only son of 3 siblings. He attended Garfield High school and worked as a custodian technician. Keith was a lover of life and enjoyed spending time with his family, friends, and in his community. However, his main “ROAD DOG” was Moochi, his Chihuahua. Keith was also known for his billiard skills. Keith often reminisced about his child-hood, specifically picking and eating plums, greens, and hot peppers in his mother’s garden. Keith was preceded in death by his parents, Laura Davis and William Russell, Sharon Colman (Mother of Keishanna and Keith), and great-nephews, D'Andre Benard and Jordan Benard. He leaves to cherish his memory daughter Keishanna Russell (Chad Johnson), sons Keith Rus-sell and Jabriel Da’Shoun Butler, grandson Silas Robert Johnson, sisters Renita Faye Benard and Laura Lynn Davis-Brown (Kenny), nieces Nakeisha Lafaye Benard (Bo) and Lia Brown, nephews Andro Benard Sr. (Carmen), Cortez Jovahn Brown, great-nieces and nephews Andro Benard Jr., Jazzy Benard, Xavier Philips, Nijah Forest-Parramore, Kamaiyah White and a host of family and friends near and far. Keith was loved and will be missed by all who knew him.
