Cecelia Ann Jackson was raised in Washington, DC. She was the fourth of nine children born to James and Louise Jackson. She relocated to Seattle, WA in 1982. She was the mother of three children (2 daughters, Karen Jackson (who preceded her in death) and Tracie Jackson, and one son, Bryant Jackson.  She leaves behind her children Bryant Jackson and Tracie Jackson, grandchildren, Kendra Jackson Christian, Trevon Phasavath, and Sage Phasavath, sisters, Donna Jackson and Renee Jackson and a host of other family members and friends.

Sis, although we know you're in a better place; our hearts are broken. We love and miss you so much. Travel well.
