​In Loving Memory of Dontese Romell White

Born: January 17th, 1973-Passed: July 2nd, 2026

​​Dontese Romell White was born in Tacoma, Washington, at Joseph Hospital on January 17, 1973. Dontese left this life on July 2nd 2026, to follow his mother, Willie Ann; his grandmother, Mary; and his grandfather, Reginald, to a place of rest.

​Dontese spent a lot of time around his grandmother when he was growing up. In fact, as a child, you very seldom saw Dontese alone without his grandmother somewhere near him watching his back.

​Dontese grew up in the hilltop of Tacoma. One might say that Dontese was a product of his environment. Dontese spent his youth and teen years living between his Mother and Grandmother on 23rd and Ash Street. He loved it so much that he had a tattoo representing the Hilltop on him.

​Coming up as a youth Dontese had faced some challenges, with some being greater than others. However, one of his greatest accomplishments was in fathering a son, Dontese Jr. If you ever forget what Dontese looks like, just look at his son; he looks just like him.

​After years of living in Tacoma Dontese made the decision to move to Las Vegas where he spent the reamaining years of his life.

​Dontese is survived by his son, Dontese Romell White Jr, his Wife, Genevia White, Father, Bobby White, brothers Billy, Ronnie, Bobby, and Rayland, his sister Sheri, Uncle Ellis & Aunt Toni, counsins Natashia, Evette, Tonia, and Dionna; And a host of aunties, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

​On behalf of the family, we want to thank all of you who attended to show your support to the family. Your presence is truly appreciated. Dontese's memory will live on in the lives he touched and in the stories shared by those who loved him.
