Ernest Martell Rogers Jr., beloved father, grandfather, businessman, and mentor, passed away on March 11, 2026, at the age of 65. Ernest was born on April 27, 1960, in Los Angeles, California, to Mary and Ernest M. Rogers Sr.

Ernest developed a passion for auto body work at a young age while working in his father’s shop, RANS Autobody. He later opened Hi-Tech Autobody before moving to Seattle, Washington, where he founded West Coast Autobody on Rainier Avenue in 1997.

Through his business, Ernest served the greater King County community for many years, mentoring young mechanics and apprentices and passing down his knowledge to others, leaving a lasting impact on many lives. He will be missed and is loved by his family.
