The community mourns the passing of Evangelist Ella V Armstrong (November 24, 1930 – September 29, 2025), a devoted servant of faith, compassion, and love. Reverend Armstrong dedicated her life to uplifting others through ministry, prayer, and service. Her words inspired hope, and her actions reflected the heart of Christ.
For decades, she led with grace, comforting the grieving, guiding the lost, and celebrating the blessings of life. Her kindness touched countless lives, leaving a legacy of faith that will live on in every heart she touched.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at Evergreen Washelli Funeral Home, 11111 Aurora Ave N, Seattle, on October 25, 2025, at 11:00 a.m.
Reverend Armstrong’s life was a sermon of love—one that will never be forgotten.
Pastor Ella Armstrong will truly be missed as a 1 of a kind Woman of God! I watched her in my young life preach from her heart and soul the word of God. Pastor Armstrong was a woman of Faith in our community & city. She was a real true strong pillar in preaching the word of God. I watched her preach at many of church services and she has help mold me & many women into who they are today in God.
