In Loving Memory of Jacqueline Griffin-White

Jacqueline Roberta Griffin-White was born on May 10, 1953, in Seattle, WA to Alice Griffin and James Griffin.   

Jacquie graduated from Franklin High School in 1971 and attended the University of Washington and Seattle Central College.  In 1975, Jacquie gave birth to twin daughters Adrienne and Andrea.   

Jacquie began her work career at the ACLU and later moved to Virginia Mason Medical Center in 1980.  She eventually was promoted to the role of supervisor, and later retired in 2013. Jacquie married her longtime partner, Jimmie White in 2010.  She was a ‘Trekkie’, loved Sci-Fi and old movies.   

Jacquie was preceded in death by her mother and father, Alice and James Griffin, and nephew Clayton Griffin.  She leaves to mourn Husband Jimmie White, her Daughters Adrienne and Andrea Griffin, Siblings Ronn Griffin, Michael Griffin(Carolyn), Karen Murray(Wallace), James Griffin(Michael), and Gregg Griffin(Joyce), and hosts of extended family and close friends will miss her always. Funeral service will be held at Evergreen Washelli on Thursday, January 11th, 2024 11111 Aurora Ave N Seattle, WA. Viewing will be at 12 PM, services will begin at 1 PM.  Re-past to follow at The Cascade Elks Lodge 9116 MLK Way S. in Seattle.
