In Loving Memory of Jacqueline Lorraine Austin

Jacqueline Lorraine Austin was born October 6th, 1967, in Los Angeles, CA to John Andrew Austin Sr. and Mary Frances Austin. She was called home to be with the Lord on February 11th, 2024. She was 56.

Jacqueline (“Jackie”) Austin was a devout believer in Jesus Christ and stood proud in her faith and commitment to the Lord. Jackie served Him with her whole heart and remained steadfast to her convictions.

Jackie grew up in Palmdale, CA and graduated from Palmdale High School. She attended Antelope Valley Junior College where she obtained her certification in childcare. She worked throughout Southern California, and eventually earned a position as a preschool teacher in Seattle, Washington. Jackie’s love for children led her to work for many years as a childcare professional. During the last six years of her life, she was a dedicated employee of Costco.

Jackie was not only a loving human, but she was also thoughtful and kind. She would always lend an ear to help or offer a prayer. Jackie loved to read her Bible, share her faith, laugh, talk to her loved ones on the phone, and go to Red Robin with her dad.

Jackie will forever be remembered in the hearts of those she touched with her generosity and gentle spirit.

Jackie was preceded in death by her mother Mary Frances Austin and sister Toni Laree Austin.
