Lillian Christina Quarles was born on November 6, 1947, in Seattle to John Quarles and Vera Taylor. A certified herbalist, she was passionate about holistic wellness and natural living, creating her own line of natural hair and skin care products. In 1982, Lillian opened a Natural Hair Salon that became a cherished space for her community, known for her expertise, warmth, and encouragement of natural beauty. She is remembered lovingly by her daughter, Tami Cooper; grandchildren David Dillard-Quarles, Kristin Dillard, Nicholas Pierce, Olivia Quarles, Allen Cooper, and Vera Savannah; great-grandchildren Daviera Dillard-Quarles, Joydavis Dillard-Quarles, Marcelah Hopkins, and Dayva Dillard-Quarles all of Seattle, and many family and friends.
