Paul was born to Pamela Diamond-Wilson and Paul Devin Sr. in Seattle. He resided with his grandmother, Elizabeth Diamond, in the South End of Seattle. He leaves behind his beautiful daughters Ciera and Dayani Dervin, Uncle Wayne, Uncle Oz, and many family members and friends. Paul had a love for cars and cooking.
