Raymond Phair was born on July 24, 1954, in Seattle Washington to Harice and Charles Phair. He was called home on July 8, 2026, at the age of 71. His smile, wisdom, and gentle spirit will forever remain in our hearts. Until we meet again, rest peacefully, Ray. We love you always. In celebration of his life, a memorial service will be at 11:00 am Friday, July 24, 2026, at Greater Mount Baker Baptist Church, 2425 S Jackson St., Seattle, Washington 98144.
