In Loving Memory of Ruby Carroll Neal Davis

God called his beloved child, Ruby Carroll Neal Davis, to Glory on July 6, 2026, at 3:45 AM after a period of illness. 

Ruby was born on August 23, 1946, in Mansfield, Louisiana, to Mabel Neal. She graduated from Garfield High School in June 1967 and married Louis James Davis on 7/14/1979.

She accepted the Lord Jesus Christ in her life from her youth until death and was a member of Greater Revival COGIC Church, Seattle, Wa.

Ruby is survived by her husband, Louis James Davis; Daughter, Jamillia Davis; Son, Louis Rashad Davis; 2 nephews,5 nieces, 44 great nephews and nieces, and other relatives and friends. 

The Homegoing Celebration Service will be held at the Victory in Praise Ministries Church (currently having services in the Thaw Minds Health Service building). Aug. 22, 2026 Viewing: 9:30 AM, Service: 10:15 AM, at Victory in Praise Ministries, 26136 Pacific Hwy S, Kent, WA. 98032; Interment: Evergreen Washelli Cemetery 2PM, 11111 Aurora Ave No. Seattle WA
