An aspect of Martin Luther King’s dream that we have decided to focus on is economic opportunity! Creating and supporting a stable pathway for members of the community to find long-term employment for economic stability.

The Opportunity Fair is open to the entire community! Participating employers are required to have available opportunities and possibly interview on site for their positions, along with meeting the mandatory 2026 Seattle minimum wage. Plus, most companies will hire those formerly justice involved!
