Neighborcare Health welcomes Sandy Garner as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), joining the organization on July 29, 2024.

With over two decades in human resources, Garner brings expertise in leading HR operations and compliance, and labor and employee relations in U.S., Canada, and Europe. She has deep experience in cultivating a unified, value-based, work environment to build strong, skilled, and connected teams.

Before Neighborcare Health, Garner served as the CHRO for Elevate Outdoor Collective, where she collaborated with the executive team to enhance people-centered activities and develop impactful Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives.

“Sandy is known for her innovative and results-oriented approach, while navigating change in complex environments, skills that are invaluable in the ever-changing healthcare landscape,” said Neighborcare Health CEO Rashad A. Collins. “Her strategic leadership has proven successful in fostering employee engagement and aligning HR practices with organizational goals. We are thrilled to have Sandy on board as we collectively work toward community well-being and becoming a Certified Great Place to Work.”

Sandy joined Neighborcare Health looking to apply her extensive HR experience to a mission-driven organization making a significant impact.
