Skyway-West Hill Subarea Plan Public Comment Period

The Skyway-West Hill Subarea Plan is a 20-year plan that expresses the community’s vision for the future and establishes policies to help that vision. The plan includes:

• The Community’s Vision and Guiding Principles

• A Community Description

• Land Use

• Housing and Human Services

• Parks, Open Space, and Cultural Resources

• Transportation

• Services and Utilities

• Economic Development

The County is asking for your feedback on the plan to review and then revise the plan based on the feedback received. The Executive’s Recommended Subarea Plan will be sent to the King County Council at the end of 2021. In 2022, the Council will review the plan and take more community input.
