You’ll Thank Yourself Later
Waiting for what’s right protects your peace and power.

Nothing good has ever come from compromise when it means selling yourself short—and settling is exactly that. We dress it up in phrases like “making it work” or “being realistic,” but deep down, we know when we’re accepting less than we deserve.
The problem? Many of us simply don’t believe something better exists. We convince ourselves this is the best it’s going to get, so we stay—stuck in jobs, relationships, and routines that drain us—because the unknown feels scarier than the discomfort we already know.
But here’s the truth: better always exists. Life can get better. It will get better. There’s always an answer. Always a solution. Always another door. The danger isn’t that better isn’t out there—it’s that we stop believing it is.
Refusing to settle is not about perfectionism. It’s about self-respect.The real risk isn’t holding out for something better—it’s waking up years from now realizing you accepted less than God’s less. Don’t do that to your future self.
Words of Wisdom by Char of The Week: Disclaimer – better isn’t exempt from your participation. The conviction to not settle is the stepping stone towards better. So remain persistent, open-minded, and faith-full
