The prophets from the LORD are the mouth of God. Hebrews 1:1-4 God,, who at various time and in different ways spoke in time past to the fathers by the Prophets, has in these last days spoken to us by His Son, whom He has appointed heir of all things, through whom also He made the words; who being the brightness of His glory and the express image of His person, and upholding all things by the word of His power, when He had by Himself purged our sins, sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high, having become so much better than the angels, as He has by inheritance obtained a more excellent name than they.

True Prophets are needed in the church and they are appointed, anointed and sent by the Holy Spirit, according to First Corinthians 14:29,32,37

Jesus was against the church in Thyatira, because they allowed Jezebel who calls herself a prophetess.. This was a woman that appointed herself and called herself a prophetess and was not sent by Jesus Christ. God sent His Son Jesus to save us from our sins and Luke 24:44 These are the words which I spoke to you while I was still with you, that all things must be fulfilled which were written in the law of Moses and the Prophets and the Psalms concerning Me.

Jesus means for the Holy Spirit of Ephesians 4:11 and First Corinthians 1:28 still be alive and working in the church, as in the book of Revelation. Next week will be about teachers.
