The loss of starting cornerbacks Shaquill Griffin and Quinton Dunbar has resulted in the Seahawks having the worst pass defense in the league. All-Pro Bowl strong Safety Jamal Adams is back after missing the last four games due to a hamstring issue. Rookie Linebacker Jordyn Brooks is also back after missing games due to injury. While some players are returning on defense the news is dismal on the other side of the ball.
Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson has caused seven turnovers in the last two games. Four interceptions and three turnovers. What gives you say? Though Wilson was the front runner for League MVP ? Well, he was until running backs Chris Carson and his back up Carlos Hyde were sideline with you guessed it injuries. The absence of Carson and Hyde left the Seahawks with no running game.
